Guangdong Province Enterprise Science and Technology Commissioner Program
This special program is a distinctive talent attraction program of Guangdong. Oriented by enterprise technology needs, it flexibly introduces outstanding scientific and technological talents from around the world to enterprises through a new approach of targeted assignment, precisely solving practical technical problems for Guangdong enterprises.
It explores the new "enterprise technology demand-oriented" enterprise science and technology commissioner model, attracts outstanding global scientific and technological talents to serve the innovation and development of Guangdong enterprises, further develops and strengthens the team of enterprise science and technology commissioners in Guangdong Province, supports enterprises in achieving high-quality development through innovation, and provides strong support for Guangdong Province to accelerate the implementation of its innovation-driven development strategy.
Eligibility Requirements for Listed Enterprises
Enterprises or social organizations registered in Guangdong Province with independent legal person status that meet one of the following conditions:
1. A high-tech enterprise certified and within its validity period in accordance with the "Notice of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Taxation Administration on Revising and Issuing the Measures for the Administration of the Certification of High-tech Enterprises" (Guo Ke Fa Huo [2016] No. 32);
2. A technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise that meets the filing requirements of the "Evaluation Measures for Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" (Guo Ke Fa Zheng [2017] No. 115) issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Taxation Administration, and has been evaluated, registered, and is within its validity period;
3. A start-up technology enterprise that has settled in a national or provincial technology business incubator, maker space, or university science park;
4. A traditional industrial enterprise with innovation needs;
5. An enterprise registered and established by high-level overseas scientific and technological talents;
6. An industry association or professional technical institution;
7. A national or provincial technology business incubator, maker space, or university science park.
